Big weekend lineup on tap


Three big events — and one great community fundraiser — mark the third weekend of September in Scott County, Tennessee. It’s going to be a blast! Consider joining us!!

In town this weekend are a number of notable celebrities: Country music and TV star Big Smo, country music star Josh Thompson, country music SUPERSTAR Dierks Bentley and TV star Eustace Conway.

The events include the Polaris Camp RZR at Brimstone Recreation, the East Coast RZR Ride at Trails End Campground, and Haunting in the Hills at Big South Fork National River & Recreation Area.

Here’s the itinerary:

Friday, Sept. 19
• Camp RZR begins at Brimstone Recreation
• Josh Thompson concert with special guest Natalie Stovall at Brimstone Recreation
• Ticket information:

Saturday, Sept. 20
• Camp RZR continues at Brimstone
• East Coast RZR ride at Trails End Campground
• Haunting in the Hills storytelling festival at Big South Fork’s Bandy Creek Fields
• Eustace Conway — star of History Channel’s “Mountain Men” show — on stage at 3 p.m. (free admission)
• Dancing Like the Stars, to benefit Play With No Boundaries all-inclusive playground, at the Oneida High School Performing Arts Center, at 5 p.m. Tickets: $20, available at the door
• Big Smo concert at Trails End Campground (A&E will be filming for Big Smo’s reality show). Gates open at 8 p.m. Ticket information:
