HUNTSVILLE, Tenn. — One of America’s most beloved country rock bands will perform in Scott County this November.
Confederate Railroad will headline a two-day bull-riding event at Trails End Campground. Presented by TD Bucking Bulls, the event will mix a rodeo atmosphere with hard-hitting country music Nov. 6-7.
Confederate Railroad, which was originally a road band for David Allen Coe and Johnny Paycheck, has charted numerous singles over the years, three times hitting the top five on the U.S. Country charts between 1992 and 1994.
The band is known for songs such as Jesus & Mama (Always Loved Me), Queen of Memphis, Trashy Women, She Never Cried (When Old Yeller Died), Daddy Never Was the Cadillac Kind, and Elvis & Andy.
